About Warm Up Math
A lightweight, installable app for practicing elementary school arithmetic — addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. No accounts, no ads; it works offline once installed, and all progress stays on your device.
Modes
Session
A timed quiz. Choose a rubric, a difficulty, how many questions, and how many seconds you get per question, then hit Start. Answer each problem before the timer runs out — at the end you get a score, the total time, and a per-question breakdown.
Marathon
Choose a difficulty and hit Start — the app runs a 15-question set for each rubric in turn (Addition, Multiplication, Subtraction, Division, 60 questions total), each timed using the same seconds-per-question limit set on the Session tab. It doesn't stop on a wrong answer — you go through all 60, then get a letter grade for each rubric plus an overall grade for the run.
Generate
Build your own worksheet. Add one or more formula sets (e.g. a + b, a * b - c) with how many questions you want from each, tap Generate to build the worksheet, fill in the answers, then Check to see what you got right.
Tables
Times tables practice. Tap or drag across the rows of the 2–12 table to focus on just the ones you're learning (e.g. only 2 and 3), set the number of questions and seconds per question, and hit Start — you get random multiplication problems from the picked tables. If nothing is picked, the whole table is used.
Progress tracking
The Session tab shows an error-rate history chart and the Marathon tab shows a grade history chart; the home screen also lists your recent attempts. Everything is stored locally in the browser (localStorage).
